Woodford Folk Festival returns for its 29th year this December with a vibrant and ambitious programme. They have just released their program and this year, the festival will feature more than 400 acts in 35 performance venues over six days and nights.
Woodford Folk Festival builds a temporary city in the rain forest where people co-exist for the sake of listening to music; music that they have a great appreciation for. This year’s featured artists will deliver the party energy that Woodford is known for.
Woodford Talks programme will return, which is a meeting of minds and exchanging of ideas. The Greenhouse also returns and will be a hub for exploration and environmental, economic and socio-political dialogue.
The makeshift arts and cultural village that is Woodford provides everything you need for a good time. More than 40 food stalls and restaurants as well as 14 bars have been selected to provide culinary experiences for every taste.
Woodford Folk Festival is designed to be a feast for the senses.
